On-site Registration

On-site registration is available at the Registration Desk during the conference.

The Registration and Information Desks are located at the Lobby on the 2nd floor of the Convention Center. The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Registration Fees (Japanese Yen)

  • All participants need to register for the conference through the conference web site. The registration fees are as follows:

  • The registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, lunch, banquet and a copy of the conference proceedings.~
  • However, a copy of the proceedings is not included in the student fee.
  • Additional copies of the conference proceedings may be purchased.

Method of Registration and Payment

  • Registration and payment are handled by Event & Convention House, Inc., Japan, the official conference assistant.
  • All payments should be made in Japanese yen (¥) by credit card.
  • The following credit cards are acceptable: American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Master Card and VISA. Since payment by credit card will be handled by Event & Convention House, Inc., charges will be shown on your credit card statement as "KNT EVENT & CONVENTION".

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations received before July 31, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • From July 31 toSeptember 16, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • After September 16, no refunds can be made.
